We can provide services to Self managed and Plan managed NDIS participants.

Medicare: Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP)

​

You can ask your GP whether your child would be eligible for a CDMP (also called an Enhanced Primary Care Plan or EPC).

The CDMP provides up to 5 individual OT sessions per year.
with a rebate of approximately $58 per session from Medicare.

Private Health Cover

​

This will depend on your level of cover. Please check with your private health fund to see if your ‘Extras’ policy covers Occupational Therapy and the amount they cover. We can register with most large Private Health funds to allow you to access eligible rebate.
