Our Team Culture

At Little Buds OT, we value our team members and we embrace our differences. We work hard but balance this out with lots of fun and down time too. We love to share our wins, we don't take ourselves too seriously, we laugh a lot, and we are there for each other when things are tough.

Even though we are a mobile practice, we make sure to meet up at the office one day a week to connect, debrief, learn from each other, and have some fun! We do joint visits so that our clinicians can learn from each other. We celebrate our birthdays, spend time together at our Team Building Days, reflect on our achievements at our Christmas Party, and recharge our batteries with our Wellbeing Days. All of this we do, because we can't take care of others if we don't take care of ourselves.
